2.Can rug be machine washed?

Most of our carpets can be machine washed, as detailed in the product description.

 

3.What if the color or size is not what I expected?

We recommend measuring before placing your order. If you need to return your product, we make it easy with the following steps:

4.How much will I have to pay for shipping?

7.Do I need to keep any packing materials when returning the goods?

Yes! Although we know that you will be happy to rip your new carpet, please be careful when removing the packaging. If you do need to return it, you will need to send it back to us within 30 days in the same plastic packaging as when it arrived.
